RETIRED GUY DOG WALKER — LIABILITY WAIVER & SERVICE AGREEMENT By using our services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK You understand that dog walking and pet care involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, escape, or interaction with other animals, people, or environmental hazards. You voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. PROPERTY ACCESS You authorize the dog walker to enter your home or property as needed to provide the agreed-upon services. You agree to provide safe access (keys, codes, etc.) and will inform the walker of any property hazards. 3. HOLD HARMLESS You agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Retired Guy Dog Walker and its agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from services, except those caused by the walker's gross negligence or willful misconduct. 4. DOG BEHAVIOR You confirm that your dog(s) are reasonably safe to handle and have no known history of aggression toward people or other animals, unless previously disclosed in writing. You accept full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by your dog. 5. EMERGENCY CARE If your dog requires emergency veterinary attention and you cannot be reached, you authorize the walker to seek emergency care. You remain responsible for all veterinary costs. 6. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full service fee. 7. PHOTOS & MEDIA You consent to the walker taking photos of your dog during walks for use in walk report cards. Photos will not be used for marketing without separate consent. 8. SERVICE REFUSAL The walker reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any dog exhibiting aggressive or dangerous behavior, without refund for that visit. This agreement remains in effect for all services booked through Retired Guy Dog Walker.
